12. If anyone gets sick in the car there is a $500 minimum clean up
fee.
13. If anything is lost or stolen there is a $100 minimum replacement
fee.
14. There is no popping out of the sun roof in the stretch limousine
while the car is in operation.
15. There is no smoking in our cars. Anyone who smokes will be subject
to a $100 charge and asked to extinguish the cigar/cigarette.
16. If passengers are minors the sun roof stays locked closed, the
dividers stay locked opened and a phone number of one of the parents of
the passengers must be given to the driver prior to the ride.
17. Waiting time on a transfer. If the car rolls up to 9 minutes from the time of a departure there is no
additional charge. But if the car is not rolling by 10 minutes after the scheduled pick up time
then the passenger will be charged $10 or $.75/minute (whichever is
greater until the car rolls). The charges will be calculated from the original time of the order
until the car rolls. Charges are plus tax, tip, and license.
18. An extra stop charge of $10 will occur for any stop in addition to
the point A to point B transfer. You will get up to 9 minutes free at
a stop without additional waiting time but will be charged $.75/minute
or $10 (whichever is greater) on extra stops 10 minutes or over. There
is no extra stop charges on an hourly charter. Charges are plus tax, tip, and license.
19. A late night charge of $10 will be added on any fare where the
passenger enters the car between 11pm-11:59pm and and early morning charge for orders from 4:00am-5:59am. A $20 charge will be added on any fare where the
passenger enters the car between 12:00am-3:39am. Charges are plus tax, tip, and license.
20. A reservation for a car will not be made for accounts more than 60 days unpaid.
21. There is a $25 service charge on all declined credit cards.
22. There is a $10 change fee for more than 2 changes to a single order. Changes may occur in the same day only. Changes to another day will be considered a CANCELLATION and will be charged accordingly.
23. There is a $10 last minute change fee for changes made less than
1 hour before the original order.
24. Travel time to an order that starts outside of San Francisco will be
charged at $.75/mile for a sedan and $1/mile for a stretch limousine in
addition to the fare. This travel time can not be included in the cars
minimums.
25. Car Seats are required in all cars for children (40 pounds or less) or (age 4 and under). Booster Seats are required in all cars for children (60 pounds or less) or (age 5-6).We do not supply car seats or booster seats. We will not accept a fare that refuses to bring a car seat in the car with children in either of these categories. This is California State Law. It is also the policy of Mr. LIMO. Your Mr. LIMO driver will NOT keep your car seat for you. You must take it with you when you leave the car.
